How to build an infill or
​multi-family home with us

Permits & Approvals 

Our team will assist with everything from the development to building permit application. 

Setting the Stage

The site must be prepped before construction begins, which involves clearing vegetation, grading the land, and installing utilities such as water, sewer, electricity, and gas. At this stage, we will also construct any necessary infrastructure improvements, such as roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems.

Time To Build

Once all the necessary approvals and permits are obtained, and the site is prepped, it's time to get the show on the road and begin construction. The construction process may be phased to allow for the simultaneous construction of multiple buildings or units within the development. Gibson will oversee the construction process and liaise with subcontractors to ensure that the project is implemented as planned and promised.

Finishing Touches

Our third-party quality assurance subcontractor will walk you through your home, explaining the warranty process while noting any issues or deficiencies that will need to be resolved before you officially receive possession of your home.

Once your multi-family or infill project is completed, you will receive the keys to your investment property.
