Let's Get Talking

We'll take the time to understand your vision, needs, and budget specifications. This stage may also call for evaluating the property to assess requirements and challenges. 

Design, Planning & Permits

Our team will work with you and our plan designer to create the design for your home. This will include floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to help visualize the final product. Once we've worked through the design process, we'll submit any required permit applications—these may include permits for plumbing, electrical, structural walls and building extensions.

Dive Into Details

As the construction for your renovation commences, our trade partners and interior designers will work closely with you to select materials, finishes, fixtures, and other details of your new home. From flooring to cabinetry, lighting and appliances, you'll have the final say every step of the way. You'll also have ongoing assistance to ensure that the materials chosen meet your aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and budget.

Finishing Touches

We'll complete a final inspection of your home with you while noting any issues or deficiencies that will need to be resolved before you move into your home.
