Our story began in 2008 when Darcy Gibson founded Gibson Framing Ltd, establishing our family legacy. He oversees every aspect of operations, while Kalib Dressel, Darcy's son, brings his expertise as a Construction Manager and has been an integral part of us since 2012. Kalib adeptly handles subcontractors and ensures every build is treated with quality and care. In 2014, we welcomed Jen Berkhiem, whose charisma and eye for detail steered her into the role of Sales and Project Development Manager. Jen and Kalib are our dynamic duo, keeping our clients updated and projects on track. Naleesa Gonsalves joined our team in 2017 and has been leveraging her financial acumen as our Financial Controller ever since. Together, we are more than just a team – we're a tight-knit family united by our commitment and passion for crafting homes that exceed expectations.
