PROJECT MANAGER/ ESTIMATOR
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Residential Project Manager and Estimator to join our team in Kelowna, BC. You will perform a wide range of duties in this role and have a great deal of customer, trade, supplier and superintendent interaction. Some commercial estimating experience would be a benefit.

Qualifications:
- A Project Management diploma/certificate is preferred, but other training / experience combinations will be considered
- 5+ years' experience in residential coordinating, estimating and construction.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills
- Good computer skills including MS Office with emphasis on Excel
- Experience with BuilderTrend or similar software is an asset
- Manage project financial performance based on an accepted contract
- Work with Sales Group to Estimate project costs and provide customer estimates
- Incorporate project schedule into BuilderTrend
- Provide support on the project detail to the superintendent
- Communicate with Customer, Estimate changes, Distribute CO’s, Assign PO’s
- Review final reports - to ensure accuracy and make adjustments where necessary
- Review the project at completion with Superintendent to discuss successes and challenges
- Maintain good relationship with suppliers, follow trends, materials and products
