Job Overview:

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment
- Experience in home-building or construction development an asset
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- The ability to learn fast and think on the go
- Self-motivator with strong organizational skills and intra-personal skills
- Ability to use computers and experience with prospecting databases
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers as they visit the show home
- Accurately showcase our show home and product when answering customer questions
- Track all visitors to the show home and prepare and submit daily activity reports to the Project Development Manager
- Ensure professional representation of Gibson Contracting and the development community
- Maintain a tidy and clean environment
- Assist with administrative tasks including setup of signage and maintaining supplies in the sales center
- Identify show home maintenance needs
- Ensuring all COVID 19 safety measures are followed in accordance with the Provincial government guidelines and mandates
- Show home hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, however this position is only for Tuesday. Shift hours may change seasonally.
