Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in residential construction.
- Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills
- Good computer skills including MS Office with emphasis on Excel
- Experience with BuilderTrend or similar software is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete project requirements on schedule and within budget, ensuring the quality of all work performed.
- Plan, schedule, and execute construction tasks in accordance with the construction schedule for all workers and subcontractors.
- Supervision of workers and trades on jobsite and ensuring high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
- Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all building and safety code requirements are met.
- Provide regular progress reports to Project Manager.
- Sound working knowledge pertaining to all aspects of Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
